Hey lazy bones, MD!
I cannot believe you refused to dose your patient's cefuroxime suspension, you LAZY POS (piece of shit in case you don't know the lingo). Good GOD! Why in the hell did you become a doctor? Not only did you make me pick the drug, you refused to look up the dosing in mg/kg, didn't know the child's weight, nor did you give me the duration plus you got totally got pissed off when I asked for your name. YOU SUCK! I hope you get sick and I get to dispense your medicine b/c believe me-you are going to get quite a verbal lashing that I should have given you today but I was too damn frustrated with your douchery so you are super lucky I just hung up on you.
FUCK YOU on behalf of all pharmacists and your patient.
No love this time,
Filet

Does what that doctor did even count as a prescription? It sounds like they just said "go to the drugstore, mmkay?". Ugh.
WV: stingz, how I hope that dr's ego feels after your lashing.
What bothers me about this story is the reluctance of the physician to identify him/herself. Had he/she refused to do so, the prescription would have been invalidated and you would have been justified in telling Mom or Dad or surrogate that you had no valid prescription to fill because of it.
Report their ass, it's what I would do.
Then again, I am a prick...
A "healthcare professional" should know about the treatments that are prescribed instead of saying "Just give this because I am a self-proclaimed douchey God." Those are the people who deserve a good ol' visit from a suburban terrorist...ie a religious group hell-bent on religious conversion... Go Mormons!
Before anyone gets all touchy about the Mormons comment I have many family members that are Mormons and I really have no problem I just think it is really funny that part of their journey into adulthood includes giving the teachings of their religion. Sure beats the hell out of a gang bang or an initiation shooting...
I wonder if reporting the doctor would even do anything?
Speaking of douchebag physicians, I saw one wearing a shirt that said, "It feels good to be a physician"
Well, we all know Dr. Grumpy is an exception...but really? That doctor was special. Reporting doesn't do any good. A pharmacist screws up and it is all over the news. MD screws up? SHHHHHHHH
