Hand sanitizer use is at an all time high. That 99.9% germ killing satisfaction is going to put us in a very bad place.
The mayor of Kootie Town has a dream and is ensuring and encouraging that the 0.1% of survivors pass on their genetic material to others so no germ is left to die.

Hours and hours of lectures and in-services put into one simple cartoon. Brilliant!
I really don't like using hand sanitizer all the time anyway. Yeah, 99.9% of the germs die, but the sanitizer doesn't actually get rid of inorganic dirt or the little germ corpses. I prefer a nice hand washing myself.
