As a former WAG RPh, my biased opinion about its working environment is that: each employee exists to serve the company. If the company decides to throw you under the bus, be grateful that you were chosen over others to make the sacrifice.
One day enough people will be fatally harmed by this practice for a regulatory committee to step in but if you win money from wags in a lawsuit you have to sign a confidentiality agreement that at any time if a single detail of the settlement is leaked wags gets every cent back and then some so that day may never come.
I'm looking forward to the day I can describe myself as a former WAG employee.
