I helped my husband shed nearly 40% of his body weight by simply modifying his nutritional intake (I.e. portion size, "eat the rainbow" in fruits and vegetables, stick to a reasonable number of calories, and eat every 3 hours) and by slowly introducing exercise.<br /><br />You're absolutely right: yes, the formula for losing weight is super easy. It's the work that's difficult. People forget it took YEARS to put the weight on, so it shouldn't come off in a week or 30 days. And some stupid ass colonic or fast isn't going to work. Sure you'll drop some weight - because you didn't EAT or be ause you're dehydrated.<br /><br />Bravo for a great post.
